Q: How long will my prints take to arrive?
Your order is placed with our printer on the next business day, you should receive your prints within 7 days.
Q: What type of printing process do you use?
We only use genuine photographic stock for maximum fade resistance - no inkjet prints here!
Q: Do the prints have the photographer's name on them?
No, only the web images have the text Leo Klein Photography watermarked on them. This is to discourage copyright infringements.
Q: Will my prints look exactly as they do on the website?
I always use the traditional silver halide prints printed by a professional laboratory. This ensures the best print quality available. However there are some things you should know:
· Cropping: the image may need cropping to fit your selected print size. Some of the print sizes are almost square and others are more rectangular. Most of my images are rectangular (3:2 ratio) and my standard print sizes reflect this. I can provide prints in other sizes but these may need substantial cropping. If I feel there is an issue with cropping we will contact you before printing.
· Colour: Computer monitors vary so the colours may not be exactly as you see them on the web unless your screen is calibrated. My screen and printer are both calibrated and we are sure you will love the results!
Q: Are the prints framed?
The prints are unframed, this keeps shipping costs to a minimum and allows you to display the photo as you choose. If you prefer a framed print please send and enquiry.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
There is a flat charge of $10 for any shipping within Australia. If you need shipping rates for international destinations please contact us for a quote.
